ZenHomes value is peace of mind when selling a property. Another buyer offered “more” on the property we were selling, but the whole process just seemed a little too good to be true with them. I received countless calls and texts to sell my house. I received a letter from Zenhomes at the time I needed to sell. I figured what’s the worst that could happen. Jen picked up on the first call and I appreciated that I wasn’t met with an AI voice recording, call me old school but this is how I like to do business. The thing about ZenHomes is that they respect your time, are local and u can trust them the whole way. I also liked the face they weren’t a huge company and met me in person. Transparently, I did choose to go with another company but they wanted my time for 2 weeks and changed their offer price last minute. What a waste of time of my time. I went back to Jen and asked her if they still wanted to buy the property. We worked it out and she never went back on her word. Communication was always there. I would consider them to be the best home buyer locally, give them a chance to earn your business.
